Clinical services are provided independently by licensed Canadian healthcare professionals through Bespoke Medical Clinic or affiliated clinics.

Clinicians are not employees of SHG Studios Inc. and are solely responsible for all clinical decisions and medical care.

2. No Clinical Services by the Platform

The Platform itself does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical services are delivered exclusively by healthcare professionals who are responsible for determining medical appropriateness.

3. Eligibility & Assessments

Completion of questionnaires or eligibility forms does not guarantee access to services. All treatment decisions are made solely by licensed clinicians based on professional judgment and applicable standards of care.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Use the Platform lawfully
• Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to access restricted areas

Misrepresentation or misuse may result in restriction or termination of access.

5. Fees & Payments

Clinical service fees are set and billed by the relevant clinic or licensed clinician. Platform-related fees, if applicable, are disclosed before you proceed. Laboratory testing and pharmacy services are billed separately by third-party providers where applicable.
