Vitality Again is a Canadian digital health platform that connects eligible patients with licensed clinicians for evidence-based testosterone assessments.
Medical assessments, prescriptions, and treatment decisions are made independently by licensed Canadian healthcare professionals in accordance with provincial regulations.
We are not a clinic. We facilitate access to independent providers and support the patient journey across Canada where services are available.
Our role is to streamline intake, education, and coordination so clinicians can focus on clinical decision-making and ongoing monitoring.
